Stefere Jewelry offers FREE shipping within continental U.S. via FedEx Expedited.
We ship in-stock items within 2 business days if purchased before 3:00 PM EST.
All non-stock orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks of order confirmation.
All shipments from Stefere Jewelry are fully insured and require a signature at the time of delivery
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside of the continental United States at this time.
We are working hard toward changing that in the near future.
Tracking Your Order
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number as a reference to track your order at Fedex.com

Stefere Jewelry will accept items for store credit only.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and must be received by Stefere Jewelry within 3 days of exchange request. Any alterations to the jewelry, stones or sizes will void an exchange.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a Stefere Jewelry credit via email.
